Jonathan Majors is no longer represented by his longtime management company Entertainment 360, according to multiple published reports Monday night.

Deadline was the first outlet to report the talent management firm parted ways with the actor following his March arrest in New York City for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend during what police described as a “domestic dispute.”

The outlet said the company dropped the Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and Creed III actor because of issues related to his “personal behavior.”

TheWrap immediately followed with a report confirming Entertainment 360 had cut ties with Majors.

Both outlets also reported powerful communications agency The Lede Company quietly ended its relationship with Majors in the last couple of weeks.

Neither company immediately responded to Urban Hollywood 411‘s request for comment.

Majors was arrested on Saturday, March 25, after his 30-year-old girlfriend “informed police she was assaulted,” the NYPD said the day of the arrest.

The Lede Company issued a statement at the time denying any wrongdoing by the actor. “He has done nothing wrong. We look forward to clearing his name and clearing this up,” a rep from the company said in a statement to Urban Hollywood 411.

Majors, 33, was arraigned the day after his arrest and charged by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office with multiple misdemeanor counts — including assault in the third degree, three counts of attempted assault in the third degree, one count of aggravated harassment in the second degree, and one count of harassment in the second degree.

According to the criminal complaint, the woman said she was struck “about the face with an open hand, causing substantial pain and a laceration behind her ear.” The complaint also alleged the actor “put his hand on her neck, causing bruising and substantial pain,” and grabbed her hand “causing swelling, bruising, and substantial pain to her finger.”

Majors’ criminal defense attorney Priya Chaudhry said additional evidence will prove the actor is “entirely innocent and did not assault her whatsoever.”

“Unfortunately, this incident came about because this woman was having an emotional crisis,” Chaudhry said. “The NYPD is required to make an arrest in these situations, and this is the only reason Mr. Majors was arrested. We expect these charges to be dropped soon.”

On March 30, the attorney released three text messages allegedly sent by the woman involved in the assault case, and said Majors was arrested “due to an NYPD protocol requiring arrest in certain circumstances.”
