Legal troubles continue to mount for Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The music mogul was hit with a new lawsuit on Wednesday, July 3, accusing him of sexual assault, sexual harassment, trafficking, and participating in a RICO criminal enterprise.

Former adult film star Adria English, known by the stage name Omunique, filed the 114 page complaint in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

In the lawsuit obtained by the Los Angeles Times, English alleges she was trafficked at Combs’ now-infamous “white parties.”

The complaint says she met the Bad Boy Records founder in 2004 when her boyfriend auditioned for a modeling job at his Sean John clothing brand.

The complaint claims her boyfriend and another model were asked to perform oral sex to get the job. English says her boyfriend refused, but he still got the job, under the condition that English work as a “go-go dancer” at Diddy’s upcoming “white party” in the Hamptons.

The Daily Mail published screengrabs from the lawsuit, which has a trigger warning on the first page and contains explicit details about the alleged sexual activity.

The complaint accuses a woman named Tamiko Thomas of facilitating Diddy’s alleged trafficking operation.

“Around the third ‘White Party,’ defendants Thomas and Combs demanded plaintiff begin engaging in vaginal intercourse with guests,” the complaint states.

English says she was plied with alcohol laced with drugs and encouraged to flirt with guests. The complaint alleges Combs eventually pressured her to have sex with Jacob Arabov, known in hip-hop circles as “Jacob the Jeweler.”

“Plaintiff was coerced by Defendant Combs into consuming copious amounts of, allegedly laced, alcohol prior to being coerced and forced into having sexual intercourse with Defendant Jacob,” the lawsuit says. The complaint claims Enlish was paid an extra $1,000 for engaging in sex with Arabov.

English says she worked parties hosted by Combs from 2004 to 2009. She claims Combs threatened to blackball her and her boyfriend from the entertainment industry if they didn’t comply with his demands.

Attorneys Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, Esq. and Steven Metcalf, Esq. filed the complaint. It includes a picture of English at Diddy’s 2004 party wearing a white string bikini top and matching cropped shorts. The same photo is posted on English’s Instagram page. The lawsuit also has a picture of her with Jacob the Jeweler.

An attorney for Combs said the complaint is full of lies.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone,” attorney Jonathan Davis said in a statement. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without any proof. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail against these and other baseless claims in court.”

The lawsuit names Combs, Jacob Arabov and Tamiko Thomas as defendants, as well as Bad Boy Entertainment, Sean Jean, several Jane and John Does, Vibe magazine and its parent company Penske Media Corporation.

English alleges Vibe helped fund some of Combs’ parties, and used her likeness in a November 2006 magazine issue about the gatherings.

She is seeking a jury trial, compensation for legal fees and “further legal and equitable relief as deemed proper.”

This marks the ninth lawsuit filed against Combs since November 2023.

Seven previous lawsuits accused him of sexual abuse and an eight lawsuit accused the mogul of aiding and abetting his son Christian Combs, 26, who is alleged to have sexually assaulted a yacht stewardess on a boat his father chartered for a New Year’s Eve celebration in December 2022. Both Diddy and Christian denied the woman’s allegations.

Diddy is also being investigated by the Department of Justice for alleged sex trafficking and other potential crimes.
