With Love, Meghan will be cooking up fresh recipes when it returns for a second season.

On Friday, March 7, Netflix announced Meghan Markle’s cooking and lifestyle show was renewed for season 2.

The streaming giant said the upcoming season “has already completed filming,” and will debut in the fall.

Following the renewal news, Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, posted a statement on Instagram to share the news with her followers.

She wrote: “If you’re loving Season 1, just wait until you see the fun we cooked up on Season 2! Thanks for joining the party, and an endless thanks to the amazing team and crew who helped bring it all to life!”

Hosted and produced by Meghan, the 33-minute episodes follow the former Suits actress with her friends, as they whip up dishes in the kitchen, spend time in the garden, and share lifestyle tips.

Season 1 featured appearances by actress Mindy Kaling, celebrity chef Roy Choi, food writer and chef Alice Waters, and Markle’s former Suits co-star Abigail Spencer.

With Love, Meghan debuted quietly on March 4, after its previously announced January premiere was delayed because of the devastating Los Angeles fires.

Despite criticism from Meghan’s detractors — who called the show vapid — the series was embraced by viewers and debuted in the Top 10 on Netflix in the U.S. and the U.K.

The eight-episode series was executive produced by Markle through her Archewell Productions, along with The Intellectual Property Corporation (IPC), which is art of Sony Pictures Television.

Chanel Pysnik, Aaron Saidman, and Eli Holzman are also executive producers. Leah Hariton serves as showrunner and Michael Steed directs.
