Wendy Williams has slammed Bill Cosby and said he needs to stop talking to reporters.
The TV host criticized Cosby for doing a jailhouse interview in which he said he feels no remorse following his 2018 conviction on sexual assault charges.
“Even if he showed remorse, I still wouldn’t believe him,” Williams said this week on The Wendy Williams Show. “To me, it kind of doesn’t even matter what he says.”

She then asked the studio audience to applaud if they thought Cosby should show remorse when he’s released. About half the audience clapped, prompting Williams to bash Cosby again.
“Why? He would still be 90 and useless,” she said.
Williams then said Cosby needs to take several seats.
“I just think he should shut up and do his time,” she said, before finally admitting she wouldn’t mind interviewing the TV legend herself.
“I would love to have him on the phone and talk to him,” she said.

The daytime diva’s remarks came after Cosby spoke with the National Newspaper Publishers Association’s BlackPressUSA.com.
The Cosby Show star told BlackPressUSA.com the case against him was a “setup,” described the jurors as “imposters,” and maintained his innocence.
“When I come up for parole, they’re not going to hear me say that I have remorse. I was there. I don’t care what group of people come along and talk about this when they weren’t there. They don’t know,” Cosby stated.
In September 2018, the comedian was sentenced to three to 10 years for drugging and sexually assaulting former Temple University employee Andrea Constand at his home in 2004.
Cosby said in the interview he expects to serve the full sentence.
