“From the beginning, we have said Jonathan Majors is innocent,” the actor’s attorney said Tuesday.
The U.S. Army has pulled two new recruitment videos featuring the actor.
The attorney said the incident happened in a vehicle and there is “witness testimony from the driver and others.”

The woman identified as Shanice Aviles is charged with burglary, the NYPD said in a statement.

The case is the latest legal setback for the embattled singer.
