Megan Thee Stallion thinks Bridgerton needs a hottie in the cast and she flexed a British accent on Saturday Night Live… just in case.

The “Hot Girl Summer” rapper hosted SNL this weekend and gave the Netflix period drama a shoutout in her opening monologue.

“I know everyone is used to seeing me twerk, do hood rat stuff with my hood rat friends, and being one of the hottest emcees in the game right now. Period,” she said. “But there’s so much more to me than meets the eye. For example, I’m a really good actress.”

She put on her acting hat and did a quick audition for Bridgerton.

“I don’t want to toot my own horn or anything, but I do a pretty good British accent,” she boasted before busting out an accent and demanding, “Put me in Bridgerton bi–h!”

We’re not sure if the Shondaland team was watching, but the accent wasn’t bad.

Later in the night, Megan showed off her comedic skills in a sketch titled “Classroom” about a racist teacher, and in a hilarious “Hot Girl Hospital” bit on a fake show about a medical center that specializes in hot girl makeovers.
