Simon Cowell says he’s ready to face the music — it’s time to leave face fillers alone.

The 62-year-old music mogul revealed he decided to have the fillers removed from his face after he started to think he looked “like something out a horror film” (those were his words).

“There was a stage where I might have gone a bit too far,” Cowell said in a recent interview with The Sun. “I saw a picture of me from ‘before’ the other day, and didn’t recognize it as me first of all.”

Cowell said he then decided to go filler-free.

“Enough was enough,” he said. “There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero.”

While facial injections are the norm in Hollywood, Cowell said he’s moved on.

“There was a phase where everyone was having their faces pumped full of this and the other,” he explained. “But actually, for me now, a lot of it comes down to healthy eating and drinking tons of water.”

Earlier this year, Cowell made headlines after falling off of an electric bike in London and breaking his arm.

The crash occurred in February, right after he wrapped filming on the new season of Britain’s Got Talent. Cowell also serves as a judge on America’s Got Talent.

He was previously hospitalized for another electric bike incident in 2020, when he broke his back at his Malibu home.
