Season 3 of Red Table Talk returns this month with special guests Jessica Alba, Ashley Graham and Amber Rose, the Facebook Watch series announced in a press release.
Professor and bestselling author Brené Brown is the first guest. Brown will discuss how to deal with shame, guilt, and self-doubt. The episode will also feature host Jada Pinkett Smith offering “a revelation about her codependency,” and daughter Willow Smith will discuss what it felt like to be shamed by her parents.
This season Jada, Willow, and Adrienne Banfield-Norris promise to bring raw and honest conversations to the red table about mom-shaming, sexual consent, and other provocative topics.

In June, the streaming series shattered a ratings record for the most views in 24 hours for a Facebook Watch original episode.
The episode brought Pinkett Smith and husband Will Smith to the red table to discuss her romantic relationship with singer-songwriter August Alsina. It was viewed more than 15 million times in the first 24 hours. That broke the previous record of 7.6 million views in the first day held by the Red Table Talk episode with Jordyn Woods discussing the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal.
Other recent episodes included a Girls Trip cast reunion, and Snoop Dogg discussing “the culture of disrespect between Black men and Black women,” after his controversial comments about Gayle King.
Red Table Talk will likely generate more headlines when it returns.
The new episodes debut Monday, Sept. 28 at 9am PT/12pm ET on Facebook Watch.
