After one bachelor pulled a disappearing act on the latest season of OWN’s Ready to Love, there’s a new guy in town.
In a teaser for Friday night’s episode, host Tommy Miles tells the ladies he has a surprise.
“We had a no-show at the first mixer and that’s been gnawing at me ever since it happened,” Tommy says. “Because I’m a man of my word, please let me introduce to you — Justin.”

The ladies are pleasantly surprised as soon as they get a look at the new single.
“I’m Justin. I’m 34 and I’m a physical education teacher,” Justin shares.
“Okay Justin, I see you,” one of the ladies says with excitement.
Moments later, the video cuts to a photo of Justin showing off his six-pack abs.
The dating series explores the real-life romantic rollercoasters of Black men and women in their 30s and 40s as they search for lasting relationships. Although there’s always someone in the group searching for reality TV fame.
Season 9 debuted earlier this month, with 20 new singles. After previously filming in Miami, Washington, D.C., and Dallas, the show moved to Fort Worth, Texas for the first time.
The show is produced for OWN by Will Packer Media and Lighthearted Entertainment. It’s currently the #1 cable series in its time slot with key African American female demos on Friday nights.
Ready to Love airs Friday nights at 8/7c on OWN.
