The attorney and entrepreneur said she plans to focus on having a child with husband Dr. Ikenna Ihim.
“At this point, after multiple failed fertility procedures, I have decided to make expanding my family my ultimate priority,” Nneka stated.
“Thank you to the fans that have supported me along the way this season, especially regarding my difficult IUI turned IVF journey, and the stigma surrounding infertility. All of the kind remarks have genuinely kept me uplifted and have fueled my determination to continue to share my story,” she continued.
Ihim expressed her “sincere appreciation” to Bravo and producer Truly Original for the opportunity to join the Maryland-set series.
She is a first-generation Nigerian-American and grew up in Beloit, Wisconsin. According to her official biography from Bravo, she works as in-house employment counsel for a global financial technology company, and founded alcoholic beverage company Bido.
The wife and lawyer joined Real Housewives of Potomac for season 8, but rubbed some viewers the wrong way by famously boasting, “I come as I am and what I am, honey, is remarkable.”

In April, Robyn Dixon said she was “not invited back” to the show after eight seasons.
“I was fired, for lack of better words,” Dixon explained on the April 15 episode of her “Reasonably Shady” podcast.
In March, Candiace Dillard Bassett announced she was leaving the show as well.
“With a whirlwind of new opportunities and responsibilities on my plate, I have decided to take a break from RHOP,” she said at the time.
