Mo’Nique and Netflix have settled their years-long legal dispute after the comedian accused the streaming giant of racial and gender discrimination.

Both sides agreed to dismiss the suit, according to a Wednesday story published by The Hollywood Reporter. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Oscar-winning performer filed the suit in Los Angeles Superior Court in 2019, claiming the company “made a lowball offer that was only a fraction of what Netflix paid other (non-Black female) comedians,” as previously reported.

Mo’Nique called for a boycott of Netflix in 2018, saying the company treated her unfairly by offering her $500,000 for an hourlong stand-up special. The suit said in comparison, Netflix offered comedian Amy Schumer $11 million in 2017 for an hourlong special. It added that the company signed a deal with Dave Chappelle worth $60 million in 2016 for three specials. While Chris Rock was offered $40 million in 2016 for two specials, according to the lawsuit.

In an Instagram post about her lawsuit on Nov. 14, 2019, she wrote: “I had a choice to make: I could accept what I felt was pay discrimination or I could stand up for those who came before me and those who will come after me. I chose to stand up. I don’t have any further comment at this time, but I appreciate all of your support and love.”

News that the comedian ended her legal dispute with Netflix came just days after her sister, Millicent Imes, urged the Precious star to “stop the madness” and end her feud with fellow comic D.L. Hughley.

Imes recently took to Facebook to address Mo’Nique’s profanity-filled tirade about Hughley when the two entertainers shared the same stage at a comedy show in Detroit.

“Enough is Enough!! My Sister!! Stop the Madness!! It’s not a good look!!” Imes wrote in her lengthy Facebook post. “God has Shut you down before and believe me he will do it again!!! Let’s start by staying on topic. YOU are and have been displacing your anger on the wrong people.”

Imes added that it’s time for Mo’Nique to stop being “dirty.”

“Why don’t you start Sister with YOU and that begins with one digging deep and praying . When we pray and God hears US and He gives it back to US It should say something to you! BUT, you chose to listen to the DEVIL, who was once a fallen angle. Take heed and clean your house up because it’s DIRTY!!!” she said.

The comedian’s sibling offered her a warning that she’s “killing” her career after her previous feuds with Lee Daniels, Tyler Perry, Oprah Winfrey and Steve Harvey.

“Sis, you’re coming with the same story over and over again. If nothing changes, NOTHING CHANGES!!” she continued. “Your career has been dead in the past and now it’s about to come to LIFE and now you are killing it again and now the plug is about to be pulled on you and YOU are about to be CANCELED, Again… This time it’s Flatline. I just can’t take no more text messages or phone calls! At one time the Stage and the WORLD was your Oyster.”

She said it’s time for Mo’Nique to do a bit of “reflection.”

“What you’re doing now is offensive to this family, OUR parents and YOUR siblings,” she added. “It’s absolutely maddening to see you embarrass yourself like this..which at this time it’s a reflection on the family (YOUR TRUE BIOLOGICAL FAMILY) Not your made-up family or your WIFE!!..but your siblings and OUR Parents.”

She ended her post by urging Mo’Nique to end her dispute with D.L. Hughley and move on with her life.

“Again, clean your house up and you’ll be set Free!!!!!Lol I have receipts! As your old Bodyguard use to Say, ” Millicent said. “LET’S PLAY NICE!! As you say. This is all coming from a place of Love. Sister Stop!!!!”
