Starz’s Power Book II: Ghost is ready to ask the question “does the end justify the means?”
With season 2 right around the corner, the network dropped a 30-second teaser trailer Wednesday showing Michael Rainey Jr. — who plays Tariq St. Patrick — having a nightmare about holding a gun and sitting in court.
In another part of the video, Mary J. Blige — who plays Monet Tejada — gets a gun ready before she walks out of her bedroom.
Fans will have to wait until Sunday, Nov. 21 to see what action the season brings.

Power Book II: Ghost premiered in September 2020, and was quickly renewed for a second season. The series is a sequel to the network’s original Power series.
In the sequel, Tariq is trying to balance hustling with school work but gets entangled in the demands of the Tejada family.
The series is created by Courtney A. Kemp and executive produced by Kemp, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Rainey Jr., Bart Wenrich, Chris Salek, Prime 21, Danielle DeJesus, Geoffrey Thorne, Mark Canton, Shana Stein, and Naturi Naughton.
