The third season of Netflix’s social experiment Love Is Blind is almost here.
The new season will feature 30 singles from Dallas, Texas, who will choose someone to marry without ever meeting them.
Netflix dropped the trailer this week, with the singles explaining why they signed up for the unconventional dating process.
“It’s scary, but I’m here because I’m looking for a husband,” one woman admits. A male single says, “It’s been one of the hardest things, dating as an adult. Am I really going to meet my wife in a grocery store?”
But after the proposals happen, not everyone is convinced, with one guy bringing up the possibility of swapping fiancées.

The reality dating series follows the men and women as they date each other in “pods” where they can talk through a speaker but not see each other. The couples only meet in person after a marriage proposal is accepted.
Per Netflix, “Over several weeks, the newly engaged couples will move in together, plan their wedding and find out if their physical connection matches their strong emotional bond developed in the Pods. When their wedding day arrives, will real-world realities and external factors push them apart, or will they marry the person they fell blindly in love with?”
Ultimately the goal is to reveal if looks, race or age really matter, or if love really is blind.
The 12-episode series is hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey. The show comes from Kinetic Content. Executive producers are Chris Coelen, Ally Simpson, Eric Detwiler, Kimberly Goodman, Brent Gauches, Heather Crowe, and Brian Smit.
