Kenya Moore has been “suspended indefinitely” from The Real Housewives of Atlanta, as the reality show films its upcoming 16th season.

Both the New York Post and Entertainment Tonight published stories on Friday, June 14, saying Bravo suspended the longtime RHOA cast member after she allegedly displayed posters with explicit images of franchise newcomer Brittany Eady at the opening of her Kenya Moore Hair Spa last week in Atlanta.

Bravo cameras were inside the event at the time and reportedly filmed the incident.

A source told ET, “Kenya was suspended for allegedly depicting Brittany performing a sexual act.”

The individual added, “The network is still reviewing the content Kenya displayed during filming.”

It’s unclear if the suspension is temporary or if the former Miss USA is permanently off the reality series.

In leaked audio from the June 6 gathering, Kenya reportedly called Brittany an escort.

“You a paid hoe. Brittany does escort,” Moore allegedly said. “There’s an IG that put her emails out on blast, she charges $1400 for an appointment. You not only a hoe, you a cheap whore.”

The website Straight From the A was the first outlet to report on the suspension. On Friday morning,  the outlet reported, “Network execs recently called a full cast meeting and Moore received some very bad news as she was reportedly told she was INDEFINITELY SUSPENDED from filming after an internal investigation regarding revenge p*rn allegations.”

Michelle Brown, owner of the site, reported on her podcast on June 7 that she was outside the spa opening and “guests and fellow housewives were shocked and appalled at Moore’s actions!”

Meanwhile, Eady wrote in an Instagram Story: “It’s never a good feeling being targeted or HAZED BY SOMEONE I thought would embrace me into a new circle, that I never met.”

As news circulated Friday that Moore had been suspended, the reality star and entrepreneur went live on Instagram to address the reports.

“I don’t need people going out of their way to disparage my good name,” Moore said. “You will be seeing me. I’m not going anywhere despite all the stuff that’s surrounding whatever people decide that they want to write.”

Eady was recently accused of making a threat against Moore involving a gun. On June 6, The Neighborhood Talk reported Eady is alleged to have told Moore during a confrontation: “I have a gun for b–es like you.”

Photographer Erik Robinson was present at the time. Robinson took to X and in a since-deleted post wrote: “I am still trying recover myself. I couldn’t even take a photo, my mouth fell to the floor and I am just in awe like that was the most deadliest scene probably ever filmed on the franchise.”

Moore has been part of the RHOA cast since season 5.

Back in May, Bravo announced the retooled cast for RHOA’s upcoming season after ratings for the show fell in season 15 and fans and former housewives called for change.

The season 16 cast includes Kenya Moore (for now), Drew Sidora, and Porsha Williams, alongside new peach holders Kelli Ferrell, Angela Oakley, Shamea Morton Mwangi, and Brittany Eady. RHOA alum Cynthia Bailey is returning as a friend of the cast.

The new season will premiere in 2025.
