The first trailer for Keke Wyatt’s World has been released.

R&B singer Keke Wyatt returns to reality TV in the new WE tv series, premiering Oct. 12.

The trailer shows Wyatt working on new music as she balances the demands of raising 11 children with being a daughter, friend and wife to current husband, Zackariah Darring.

The six, one-hour episodes follow Wyatt dealing with family matters and trying to take her career in a new direction with her first album in over six years.

According to the official description: “As the pressures mount, she fights to keep it all from unraveling with the help of husband, Zackariah, a stay-at-home dad who manages the house; her mother, Lorna, who is her rock but also stirs up trouble in the family; and manager and BFF, Andrae, who struggles to keep her on track.”

Wyatt, 41, recorded the hit single “My First Love” with R&B singer Avant when she was a teenager. Following the song’s release, she signed a record deal. In 2001, her rendition of “Nothing in This World” earned her a nomination for the Best New R&B/Soul/Rap Artist award at the Soul Train Lady of Soul Awards.

The singer is no stranger to reality TV after previously appearing on TV One’s R&B Divas: Atlanta.

Keke Wyatt’s World is produced by Conveyor Media with Colin Whelan, Rebecca Sirmons and Kat Uyenco serving as executive producers and Rodney Holland and Carlos Vargas as co-executive producers. Keke Wyatt and Andrae Crenshaw are also executive producers.

The show premieres Thursday, Oct. 12 at 9 p.m. ET on WE tv, with new episodes available on streaming service ALLBLK every Monday.
