The Johnson men are back for more friendship, disagreements and dating adventures.
Bounce TV recently announced season 2 of Johnson will debut with back-to-back episodes on July 10.
The dramedy stars Deji LaRay (Bosch, Greenleaf), Thomas Q. Jones (P. Valley, Luke Cage), Philip Smithey (Switched at Birth, The Rookie), and Derrex Brady (NCIS, First), with D.L. Hughley and Terri J. Vaughn.

The series premiered in 2021 and centers on a group of life-long best friends, all with the same last name of Johnson, as they navigate love, friendship, heartbreak and personal growth together.
Per Bounce, season 2 will “see more dating adventures of four best friends and the challenges they face while confronting and finding humor in the most current controversial social issues from the Black man’s perspective, ranging from love and marriage to business, politics, and religion.”
Deji LaRay and Thomas Q. Jones serve as showrunners and executive producers. Additional executive producers include Cedric the Entertainer, Eric C. Rhone, and Reesha L. Archibald.
Season 2 of Johnson premieres Sunday, July 10 at 8/7c on Bounce TV. Ahead of the premiere, Bounce will air a marathon of the first season on July 10, starting at 10:30 a.m. ET.
Bounce is available in the U.S. with a digital antenna, on cable, on DISH channel 359, over the top on Roku and Apple TV, via the Bounce app; and on the web via BounceTV.com.
