The stars of Martin reunited Monday night for a skit at the 75th Emmys.
After taking the stage at the Peacock Theater in downtown Los Angeles, Martin Lawrence, Tisha Campbell, Tichina Arnold, and Carl Anthony Payne II got in character and traded insults, just like old times.

“Wow, this is a special moment,” Lawrence said.
“You better believe it, baby. We’re about to win our Emmy!” a confused Payne chimed in.
‘No. No. No. Carl! We’re not winning an Emmy tonight. Please, sit your butt down,” Campbell insisted.
“Carl, we’re presenting an award, not being presented with one knucklehead,” Arnold said slowly to clear up any confusion.
Campbell noted that the series was never nominated for an Emmy, despite airing 132 episodes, bringing in “huge” ratings, and continuing to run in syndication three decades later.
Martin aired for five seasons on Fox from August 1992 to May 1997.
The stars of the series reteamed in June 2022, for a BET+ special titled Martin: The Reunion, marking the show’s 30th anniversary. During the 90-minute program, the cast paid tribute to their late co-star, Tommy Ford.
