‘Hightown’ Season 3 Trailer: Jackie Discovers ‘Something Big’ (Video)

Starz has unveiled the trailer for the third and final season of Hightown.

The teaser for the upcoming installment of the series shows agent Jackie Quiñones (Monica Raymund) uncovering something shocking.

“I’m working a missing person’s case, which led me here,” Jackie says as the body of a female gunshot victim is shown slumped on a porch.

Moments later, the body of another woman falls into a swimming pool as blood oozes from her face.

“I’m on to something big, murder big,” Jackie explains.

As the opioid crisis in Cape Cod spins out of control, Jackie must pick a side and decide where she stands. But she’s “off the wagon and off the force,” according to the official description for the season.

Still dedicated to the job, she ventures “into the dark underbelly of picture-perfect Cape Cod to save a missing woman… Meanwhile, her former colleagues Ray Abruzzo and Alan Santille are focused on taking down drug syndicates, but despite their best efforts, the drugs keep flowing.”

Monica Raymund (Chicago Fire, The Good Wife) leads the cast of the crime drama as Jackie Quiñones, an agent with the National Marine Fisheries Service in Massachusetts, who struggles with addiction.

Series regulars James Badge Dale, Riley Voelkel, Amaury Nolasco, Atkins Estimond, and Dohn Norwood are all returning for season 3.

Imani Lewis, Mark Boone Junior, and Mike Pniewski have recurring roles.

Guest stars this season include while Ana Nogueira (The Vampire Diaries), Taja V. Simpson (The Oval), Michael Drayer (Mr. Robot), Garret Dillahunt (12 Years a Slave), Jeanine Serralles (Inside Llewyn Davis), and Kate Miller (The Trial of the Chicago 7).

In December 2023, Starz announced that the final season of the crime drama would debut on Jan. 26.

Hightown premiered on the network in May 2020. Rebecca Cutter (The Hunting Wives, Gotham) created the show and executive produces. Additional executive producers include Jerry Bruckheimer, Jonathan Littman, and KristieAnne Reed from Jerry Bruckheimer Television, along with Ellen H. Schwartz, Gary Lennon and Tim Walsh.

The third and final season debuts on Friday, Jan. 26, 2024, at midnight ET on the Starz app, all Starz streaming and on-demand platforms. On TV, the show will premiere on Friday, Jan. 26, 2024 at 9 PM ET/PT in the U.S and Canada on Starz.
