Tia Mowry is set to beautify the holiday season with the Lifetime movie, A Very Merry Beauty Salon.
Mowry leads the cast of the original movie alongside RonReaco Lee, Donna Biscoe, Cocoa Brown, and Ashli Auguillard.
The Sister, Sister star also serves as an executive producer.

Mowry plays Siena, an Atlanta beauty salon owner who is preparing for the city’s annual Tinsel Ball. Sparks fly when she encounters Lawrence (Lee), a charismatic CEO whose family’s wine brand is now co-sponsoring the Ball. When Sienna and Lawrence are unexpectedly paired as dance partners, romance blooms, according to the official description. This sets the stage for a steamy romance that challenges Sienna’s thoughts on love and family and makes this year’s Tinsel Ball the most memorable yet.
Cocoa Brown and Ashli Auguillard play hairdressers Miss Kimmy and Ella.
The film is part of the network’s “It’s A Wonderful Lifetime” holiday slate this year.
Mowry is no stranger to the network’s holiday offerings, with the film marking the final installment of her three-picture deal with the channel.
In 2023, she headlined Lifetime’s Yes, Chef! Christmas, and in 2021 she starred in Miracle in Motor City with Mark Taylor and Smokey Robinson.
A Very Merry Beauty Salon is produced for Lifetime by Fox Entertainment Studios’ (FES) Mar Vista Entertainment in association with GroupM Motion Entertainment. Adam Shepard, Larry Grimaldi, Hannah Pillemer and Fernando Szew executive produce for FES. Richard Foster and Chet Fenster executive produce for GroupM Motion Entertainment.
In addition to Mowry, executive producers include Adam Griffin and Mychael Chinn. Bobby Yan directs from a script by Tara Knight.
The movie joins a slew of other Lifetime Christmas programs that include The Holiday Junkie starring Jennifer Love Hewitt and Christmas in the Spotlight featuring Jessica Lord.
