Jada Pinkett Smith has been on a whirlwind tour promoting her new memoir, Worthy, but one person who won’t be reading it is The View co-host Ana Navarro.
Navarro said she’s “done” with the Girls Trip actress during a discussion on Monday, about the “explosive” revelations in tell-all books from Pinkett Smith, Britney Spears, and Utah Sen. Mitt Romney.
Whoopi Goldberg began the conversation by saying publishers want lots of tea in the books.
“Reportedly publishers are insisting that celebrity memoirs be particularly juicy and revealing in the age of social media,” Goldberg said.

Alyssa Farah said Pinkett Smith has done so many interviews, there’s probably not much left to read in the book.
“I feel like I [already] read Jada’s book and I haven’t read it,” she quipped. “Sometimes there’s so many excerpts, and you know they’re going to lead with the juiciest stuff. So what else am I going to find out?”
Sunny Hostin admitted she felt the same way until a friend suggested she actually read Pinkett Smith’s memoir.
“I started reading it, and I have a completely different opinion about her now,” Hostin explained. “She tells her truth and that’s what’s great about some of these memoirs.”

Navarro told the ladies she has zero interest in learning more about Pinkett Smith or her marriage to Will Smith.
“I’m done with the Jada thing, and I’m done defending Will because Will is out there supporting her,” Navarro said. “I think Will is being held emotionally prisoner, but you know what, it’s their stuff.”
Hostin told Navarro she’d walk away with a different opinion of Pinkett Smith if she read the memoir.
“I don’t want to read the book! I don’t want to give them another dime for her emasculating and embarrassing him to everybody in the world,” Navarro said.
