Bill Cosby to Remain Free After Supreme Court Rejects Bid to Reinstate Sexual Assault Conviction

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court threw out Cosby’s sexual assault conviction in June.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court handed down the ruling Tuesday.
“This is a political scheme,” the comedian’s reps said in a statement.
Comedian was sentenced to three to 10 years in state prison Tuesday in Pennsylvania.
Comedian faces up to 30 years in state prison for sexual assault.
“I was crying out inside, in my throat, in my mind,” she says.
“This tragedy must be undone not just for Bill Cosby, but for the country,” she says.
“You asshole!” Cosby shouted at the district attorney.
