Rapper Clifford “T.I.” Harris and his R&B singer wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris have been accused in a new lawsuit of sexual assault, battery, and drugging a woman they met at a Los Angeles nightclub in 2005.

The plaintiff, identified only as a Jane Doe, filed the complaint on Jan. 2, in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The woman said she was enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and stationed in Los Angeles at the time of the alleged assault, according to the lawsuit obtained by Rolling Stone and TMZ.

The suit says the plaintiff and a friend went to a party at rapper Coolio’s house and met a man named “Caviar,” who said he worked for T.I. and Tiny. The complaint says the couple skipped the party, but Caviar said the two would be at an L.A. nightclub the next evening.

The woman, who was around 22 or 23 years old at the time, went to the club with a friend the next night, and met the two stars.

The plaintiff alleges Tiny spiked her drink while they were at the club. The 15-page complaint says the woman was separated from her friend and ended up in a hotel room with T.I. and Tiny, where the couple allegedly sexually assaulted her. The complaint says there were two other women in the room, but they were eventually asked to leave.

The lawsuit includes a graphic account of the alleged assault.

The woman claims T.I. began giving instructions like he was “reciting a script.”

She goes on to allege Tiny stripped her naked and then entered a shower with her. The plaintiff says she was “extremely dizzy and lightheaded,” when T.I. directed her to the bed. She alleges T.I. turned on a pornographic movie and Tiny climbed on her back.

“While Tiny was straddled on Plaintiff’s back and pinning her down, T.I. then proceeded to slide his toes into Plaintiff’s vagina,” the complaint reads. “Plaintiff told him ‘No’ (and) tried to move T.I. out of her and away from her. T.I. then said he would go get a condom and Tiny continued to arouse herself by grinding on Plaintiff and massaging her backside. Plaintiff grew increasingly sicker and felt extremely ill by the assault and battery she was experiencing.”

The woman claims T.I. mocked her by asking, “Are you alright? Looks like you in last place,” after she went to the bathroom to vomit.

The plaintiff alleges she passed out and woke up the next morning in “serious pain.” The suit says a security guard demanded she leave the room.

T.I. and Tiny denied all of the woman’s allegations in a statement to the media.

“On the heels of positivity, negativity always rears its ugly head. This plaintiff has been threatening to file this lawsuit for THREE years. For THREE years, we have emphatically and categorically denied these allegations,” the couple said. “For THREE years we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay these extortionate demands for things we didn’t do. For THREE years, we’ve maintained the same position while the claims in this story have changed time and time again. Our position is clear. We are innocent of these fake claims, we will not be shaken down, and we look forward to our day in court.”

The lawsuit comes after the couple was accused of sexual misconduct three years ago.

In 2021, an attorney named Tyrone A. Blackburn held a news conference and said he was representing 11 unidentified clients who accused the two stars of sexual abuse, kidnapping, false imprisonment, intimidation, assault, harassment and forced ingestion of narcotics.

The couple denied all of the “unsubstantiated and baseless” allegations.

Production on the pair’s VH1 reality series, T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle, was halted as the allegations made headlines. Months later the show was canceled.

According to Vibe, T.I. criticized VH1 for ending the show, writing on social media, “@vh1 13 years no loyalty. No Integrity. Just jumped to conclusions. False accusations. No apology. No accountability. No closure.”

Tuesday’s lawsuit was filed under California’s “Sexual Abuse and Cover Up Accountability Act.” The law allows victims to recover damages suffered as a result of a sexual assault that occurred on or after Jan. 1, 2009. The law expires on Dec. 31, 2026.

R&B singer Jermaine Jackson, actor Vin Diesel, and American Idol executive producer Nigel Lythgoe have all been sued since the law took effect.
