First-Time Buyer’s Club returns to OWN this fall — with new episodes and new families looking to buy their first home.

The network announced the season 2 premiere date this week, and released a promo video showing what’s to come.

“It doesn’t matter that you don’t have the biggest budget or the best credit score. There’s a path for everyone to become a homeowner,” Florida realtor Amina Stevens says in the video.

Filmed in the Tampa Bay area, each half-hour episode follows Amina as she meets and works with a new client, navigating the pros and cons of various homes and neighborhoods.

In the first episode of the new season, viewers will meet Dwayne and Lynnise, a military couple who lived in Guam for the last three years and have only a few days in Tampa to find a home.

The next episode will feature Kashel and Brent, a young couple who are financially ready and on the hunt for their perfect home in a real estate bubble. But with a lengthy wish list, finding the right location at the right price proves challenging for Amina.

First-Time Buyer’s Club is produced by Red Arrow Industries. The series premiered in December 2023 and was a ratings hit for OWN.

Season 2 premieres on Friday, Sept. 13 at 8pm ET/PT.
