The cast of Tyler Perry’s The Haves and the Have Nots will come together one final time to say goodbye to fans of the hit series.
OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network has slotted a two-part cast reunion special to premiere later this month, following the series finale on Tuesday, July 20 at 8pm ET/PT.
The special will feature the cast discussing their favorite moments, iconic scenes, and the tumultuous relationships on the drama series.

Among the actors taking part in the special are Tika Sumpter (Candace Young), Angela Robinson (Veronica Harrington), Crystal Fox (Hanna Young), Renée Lawless (Kathryn Cryer), Tyler Lepley (Benny Young), Peter Parros (David Harrington), Gavin Houston (Jeffrey Harrington), and Aaron O’Connell (Wyatt Cryer).
Television personality Egypt Sherrod (HGTV’s “Flipping Virgins”and “Property Virgins”) will serve as host.
The Haves and the Have Nots tells the story of the complicated relationships between the wealthy and powerful Cryer and Harrington families of Savannah, Georgia and their domestic workers. The series also stars John Schneider.
The show was OWN’s first scripted drama when it premiered in 2013. In January, OWN announced the show would end its run after eight seasons and 196 episodes.
Over the years, the series averaged nearly 2.8 million total viewers, according to Nielsen. It averaged more than 3.1 million viewers each year from 2014 to 2017. In 2021 to date, it is the most-watched scripted cable series with African American women over age 18.
“To say it took off from the first day it hit the air is an understatement,” OWN CEO Oprah Winfrey said in a statement earlier this year. “I thank Tyler, the incredible cast, the tireless crew and every single viewer who watched with bated breath each week and tweeted along with us these past eight years. I will be watching alongside you all during this final season.”
The drama is produced for OWN by Tyler Perry Studios and created, written and executive produced by Tyler Perry.
The Haves and the Have Nots cast reunion special airs on Tuesday, July 27 and Tuesday, August 3 at 8pm ET/PT.
