Courtroom drama All Rise now has a premiere date on OWN.
The third season of the series starring Simone Missick debuts Tuesday, June 7 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, the network said in a press release.
The series picks up as Judge Lola Carmichael (Missick) awaits the results of her campaign; Emily (Jessica Camacho) returns from Puerto Rico with renewed drive and purpose about her careeer; and Luke (J. Alex Brinson) continues to shake things up through his work in the public defender’s office.
Additional cast members include Wilson Bethel as Judge Carmichael’s best friend, Deputy District Attorney Mark Callan; Ruthie Ann Miles as Lola’s J.A. Sherri Kansky; Lindsay Mendez as court reporter Sara Castillo; Lindsey Gort as defense attorney Amy Quinn; Marg Helgenberger as Judge Lisa Benner; Samantha Marie Ware as law clerk Vanessa “Ness” Johnson; Paul McCrane as Judge Jonas Laski, and Suzanne Cryer as Deputy District Attorney Maggie Palmer.
In the season 3 trailer, Judge Carmichael and her fellow attorneys walk into a courtroom as she says in a voiceover, “When one door closes, another door opens. And with it, a world of new possibilities.”
The drama premiered in September 2019, and aired for two seasons before CBS canceled it in May 2021. As previously reported, OWN resurrected the series and ordered a third season in September.
The drama is produced by Warner Bros. Television. Dee Harris-Lawrence is showrunner and executive producer. Series star Missick will serve as a co-executive producer for season 3 alongside Michael M. Robin and Len Goldstein.
In addition, Wilson Bethel will make his directorial debut on an upcoming episode of All Rise.
