Brandy Norwood gets in the holiday spirit in the first image from the new Netflix movie, Best. Christmas. Ever!
The streaming service recently released a photo of Brandy and co-star Heather Graham smiling and sitting outside in front of a Christmas tree.
Brandy leads the cast of the film as “Jackie.” Heather plays “Charlotte,” her old college friend and longtime rival.
“When a twist of fate lands Charlotte and her family on Jackie’s snowy doorstep just days before Christmas, she seizes the opportunity to prove her old friend’s life can’t possibly be that perfect,” the official synopsis reads.

The movie also stars Jason Biggs (Orange Is The New Black) and Matt Cedeño (Power).
Jason plays “Rob,” Charlotte’s husband, and Matt co-stars as “Valentino,” Jackie’s husband. The cast also includes Wyatt Hunt, Abby Villasmil, and Madison Skye Validum.
The comedy is directed by Mary Lambert from a screenplay co-written by Charles Shyer and Todd Calgi Gallicano. Shyer produced the film along with David M. Wulf.
Brandy most recently starred in the music series Queens, which ran for one season on ABC. The singer’s other acting credits include Star and her sitcom Moesha. Heather previously had roles in Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me (1999) and The Hangover (2009).
Their next movie — Best. Christmas. Ever! — premieres Thursday, Nov. 16, 2023 on Netflix.
