Tai Savet and Sean Matthews, creators of the hit VH1 series Love & Listings are ready to launch their next reality TV venture.
With their first project Love & Listings currently in its second season, the pair is set to start production on a new series tentatively titled Hollywood of the South.
The project will follow luxury real estate experts buying and selling property to celebrity clients in Atlanta.
“The real estate market in Atlanta is booming,” Matthews shared in a statement. “The market in L.A. has become so overpriced that it’s almost irrational for some of my luxury clients to continue to purchase properties here.”

He continued, “Atlanta has not only been deemed the ‘Hollywood of the South,’ but buyers there have a tremendous amount of purchasing power and that, combined with an influx of new residents, results in a market that will continue to grow exponentially.”
There are already some major power players from the Atlanta real estate community on board for the series including, Jimmy Jones , Talhia Diaz, Sarah Rowe, and Trey Williams who are all set to make appearances in some capacity.
A big emphasis of the series will be on showing the beauty and the grind of living and working in Atlanta, according to Savet.
“As a producer, I don’t feel the story of Atlanta real estate has been told properly. I want to showcase the agents who are really making a difference, their grind to the top, and how they give back to their local communities,” Savet explained.
The series is still in the early stages of production and a formal name and official cast have yet to be decided.
