The Seven Deadly Sins movie anthology is adding a new title.
Lifetime has announced the fifth installment, Pride: A Seven Deadly Sins Story will feature Grammy-winning singers Stephanie Mills and Erica Campbell, alongside Thomas “Nephew Tommy” Miles and Keeya King.
The cast also includes Lucia Walters (Virgin River) and Jaime M. Callica (Ruthless).
This latest film comes after the popular Seven Deadly Sins movies — Lust, Envy, Wrath and Greed.

Here’s the official description for the new film, “Pride: A Seven Deadly Sins Story tells the story of reality TV star Birdie Moore (Stephanie Mills), whose carefully constructed world starts to crumble — like the baked goods that catapulted her to fame — when her family secrets are brought to light. To salvage her legacy, Birdie must let go of the pride that estranged her from her daughter. Birdie’s pride also prevents her from seeing that her son Gabe Moore (Thomas Miles) is actually a thieving opportunist and that her granddaughter Ella Boudreaux (Keeya King) is just a lost twenty-something trying to build up her life after some missteps.”
The Seven Deadly Sins franchise is inspired by novels from author Victoria Christopher Murray, who is a consulting producer on Pride.
Keri Hilson starred in the first of the Seven Deadly Sins movies titled Lust: A Seven Deadly Sins Saga.
The second film titled Envy: A Seven Deadly Sins Saga starred Serayah (Empire), Rose Rollins (The L Word), and Kandi Burruss (Real Housewives of Atlanta). The third film, Wrath: A Seven Deadly Sins Story featured Michelle Williams and Romeo Miller, and the fourth movie Greed: A Seven Deadly Sins Story starred Monique Coleman, as previously reported.
The fifth installment is executive produced by T.D. Jakes, Derrick Williams, and Shaun Robinson, and is based on the series of books by Victoria Christopher Murray, who is a consulting producer on Pride.
The previous Seven Deadly Sins original movies attracted close to 7 million total viewers in 2022.
Pride: A Seven Deadly Sins Story premieres Saturday, April 8 at 8 P.M. ET on Lifetime.
