Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are ending their marriage again, after calling off their divorce in July.
Biermann, 37, filed for divorce from his reality star wife on Thursday, Aug. 24, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.
The paperwork, filed in Georgia where they live, described the couple’s marriage as “irretrievably broken.”
Biermann requested legal and sole physical custody of their four minor children, Kroy Jr. “KJ”, 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9. Kim is also mom to daughters Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21.

Biermann, a former NFL star, wants alimony and child support from Zolciak, 45. He additionally requested exclusive use of the Atlanta-area home he shares with The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum.
The couple previously filed separately to divorce in May 2023, after 11 years of marriage.
The split was messy, with the two taking shots at each other on social media.
Zolciak filed a court request to have Biermann drug tested after alleging that he used marijuana. While Biermann filed a request to have Zolciak complete a psychological evaluation over alleged gambling problems.
But in July, they called off the divorce.
Kim was part of the original RHOA cast when the show launched in 2008. She met Biermann at a charity event and introduced him on the Bravo series in 2010.
They became engaged and landed a spinoff special titled Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding.
The show was renewed for a second season as Don’t Be Tardy and followed the couple along with their blended family of six children.
Season 8 of the series ended in December 2020. Bravo opted not to bring the show back and officially canceled it in May 2021.
