Jeannie Mai is accusing estranged husband Jeezy of child endangerment in a new court filing.
RadarOnline obtained a copy of a motion the TV host submitted to the court in the couple’s divorce battle.
The documents include surveillance images of what Mai says is an AK-47 the rapper, born Jay Wayne Jenkins, left unsecured in the home the family shared.

Mai, 45, says she removed the couple’s two-year-old daughter Monaco from the home in October 2023, after the toddler found Jenkins’ Louis Vuitton bag that allegedly had an AK-47 inside.
The filing says Jenkins, 46, left the gun out in the open “which the minor could have easily accessed.”
An image of an assault rifle on the floor, next to a bed is attached to the court documents.
The filing alleges household staff told Mai her ex would “frequently” leave firearms and bullets, “an obvious choking hazard,” in locations around the house.

Another image shows a man resembling Jenkins inside the home with a large gun in his hands.
“During the time that the parties’ resided together, both in Los Angeles, California, and in Atlanta, Georgia, Father would frequently walk around the house carrying an AK-47,” the filing reads.
This latest development comes after Mai accused Jenkins in court documents of a pattern of domestic abuse alleging he “choked” her and “pushed her down the steps” at a hotel.
The former The Real co-host says the two sought marital counseling and shared details about the alleged abuse with a pastor, therapist, and a close friend of Jeannie’s.
The “Put On” rapper responded to Mai’s allegations on Thursday, April 25, with a statement on Instagram accusing his ex of trying to “tarnish” his reputation.
“The allegations are not only false, but also deeply disturbing, especially coming from someone I loved. This malicious attempt to tarnish my character and disrupt my family is ridiculous,” he wrote.
He continued, “It’s disheartening to witness the manipulation and deceit at play and at this time my main concern is being an active father to our daughter as I continue to fight for court mandated joint custody. Rest assured, the truth will prevail through the proper legal channels.”
Jeezy and Jeannie were married in 2021 and have one child together.
He filed for divorce in Georgia’s Superior Court of Fulton County in September 2023, saying the marriage was “irretrievably broken” and “there is no hope for reconciliation.”
Jeezy is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their daughter.
