Reyna Dunlap, a social media influencer from Maryland who traveled to the Midwest in search of reality TV fame, has been found dead, her family confirmed on TikTok.
Dunlap, 30, had more than 82,000 followers on her X account (formerly Twitter) and was known to her followers as “The Nude Queen.” She had another 17,000 followers on Instagram, where she used the handle @rainaisthequeen.
On Jan. 23, local TV station Cleveland 19 News reported Dunlap’s body was found in an abandoned house in the city.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed Dunlap’s passing to the outlet. Her official cause of death has not yet been determined.
Her sister Kira Dunlap made a tearful plea on TikTok Jan. 18, and said the family lost contact with Reyna weeks earlier.
“I really need you guys’ help. I think something really bad happened to my sister, her name is Reyna… I’m just looking for anybody who has been in contact with her for the past month, it’s very, very important,” she said. “I’m really counting on you guys, because I know this app is going to be shut down.”

Reyna’s body was reportedly found on Jan. 21. She lived in College Park, Maryland, and had apparently traveled to Cleveland three months earlier.
Kira said Reyna was in Ohio to audition for the Zeus Network reality show Baddies Midwest, which follows young women navigating fame, rivalries and feuds.
Reyna described herself in her bio on X as “Black, blunt, silly.”
Her mother, Karen Jones, told Cleveland 19 News her daughter enjoyed being the “center of attention.”
“She just wanted to be a positive or negative force in people’s lives. Reyna was also very controversial. Reyna was kind, loving, and generous to a fault. She loved being around people and loved being the center of attention,” Jones said.
Police said they believe Reyna died from a suspected drug overdose, but her mother insisted that was not possible.
“I said my daughter has never used hard drugs, talk to anybody. I will stake my life that the toxicology [report] is going to come back that she did not have any hard drugs in her system,” Jones told the TV station.
In a TikTok post, Jones said the medical examiner’s office admitted at this point, there is no evidence Reyna had been using drugs.
“We asked was there evidence of any tracks on her body? ‘No,’ Was there any evidence on her, near her body of drug use? ‘No,'” her mother said she was told.
Jones said authorities told her they initially concluded her daughter died of an overdose, because her body was found in a known drug den or trap house.
“We were told, because we asked the questions, why would there be an initial assessment of overdose? The response was where she was found. She was found in an abandoned home that had trash all over the place, with drug paraphernalia in the trashed areas — not on her, not near her, not under her,” she said.
The family is awaiting the results of toxicology tests and said they plan to seek an independent autopsy as well.
