Ice Spice is under fire for wearing a see-through dress to a special screening of The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants.
The rapper hit the red carpet in New York on Wednesday, Dec. 17, in a plunging, sheer white gown with a white thong underneath.
The 25-year-old performer born Isis Naija Gaston smiled for photos, posed with costumed characters, and took pictures with young fans at the event.

The spicy images quickly went viral, which was probably the intended reaction.
Ice Spice has a single on the soundtrack and a voice role in the film, which opens this weekend.
Although with a history of songs like “Phat Butt,” and lyrics that include “Havin’ rich sex… Let him beat it from the back and he eat it up like Pac-Man…” it does make you wonder who was in charge of casting the kids flick.
Paramount Pictures posted photos on Instagram from the red carpet and social media users had a lot to say.
Among the comments on the post: “This is so inappropriate for a kids film.”
“The song and music video was already CRAZY but this is just willldddd.”
“Y’all seriously are promoting this?? I’m so confused. I hope the sales are in the dirt.”
“She could’ve worn anything, a cute top and some jeans, a cute skirt and a cute jacket to match but she wears a SEE through dress and a thong to a kids movie premiere.”
The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants is the latest installment in the SpongeBob film franchise, based on the popular SpongeBob SquarePants Nickelodeon series.
