Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new lawsuit from a male accuser alleging the mogul “doused” him with drug-laced baby oil, then sexually assaulted him.

The anonymous accuser, identified only as a John Doe, filed the civil complaint on Tuesday, Feb. 4, in federal court in the Southern District of New York.

In the complaint obtained by USA Today, Doe says he was working as an adult entertainer in Las Vegas in 2007 when he met the music mogul.

According to the lawsuit, Diddy hired Doe through a booking agency “to perform a strip show” in the mogul’s hotel room. After that, the Bad Boy Records founder requested Doe two more times, to entertain him and various women in his hotel room.

The lawsuit claims Diddy would insist Doe pour baby oil on his skin, which he suspected was laced with drugs because it made Doe feel “sleepy, disoriented, confused, exhausted, drowsy, weak, sluggish, numb and alarmed by the sensation of being trapped in his own body.”

There were times when Diddy would even douse Doe with the baby oil himself, the lawsuit claims.

“On multiple occasions, Combs squirted large amounts of baby oil onto Plaintiff’s skin, coating his skin so heavily that it dripped off of his body,” the complaint alleges.

Doe claims after he lost control of his body, Diddy would pounce.

“Combs instructed him to perform acts that were outside the scope of the agreed-upon performance and limitations set by Plaintiff and his agency,” the lawsuit claims.

Doe says he was an aspiring musician and claims Diddy offered to help his career. Instead of opening doors, he alleges Combs “raped him,” then blackmailed him with footage recorded by hidden cameras.

“Combs gravely exploited Plaintiff, effectively imprisoning him and controlling him through surreptitious surveillance and filming,” the lawsuit states.

The complaint alleges the abuse continued for five years, with “Combs instilling fear in (Doe), misleading (Doe) and manipulating him with promises that never materialized.”

In addition to sexual assault, the lawsuit alleges forced labor, human and sex trafficking, sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment and breach of contract.

Doe is represented by Los Angeles-based attorney Lisa Bloom.

The complaint is the latest of more than three dozen civil lawsuits against Combs alleging sexual abuse. The mogul’s attorneys have previously released a statement denying all of the allegations.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted, or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” his legal team said. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

Diddy was arrested on Sept. 16 in New York City on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He has pleaded not guilty on all counts.

He is currently jailed in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, after being denied bail by three different federal judges. His trial is scheduled to begin in May 2025.
