Irv Gotti is reportedly not doing well.
The Murder Inc. Records co-founder is said to have recently suffered multiple strokes.
Gotti’s health issues were first reported by podcaster Storm Monroe on YouTube Feb. 3.
“He apparently has had several strokes, so not just one, several strokes,” Monroe said, adding that he is on life support.
Then on Feb. 5, AllHipHop reported sources told the outlet that Gotti, 54, is “not responsive.”
Urban Hollywood 411 contacted a rep for Gotti, but did not hear back.

As previously reported, the music mogul suffered a minor stroke in early 2024, and a representative waited six months to confirm the news, which only happened because music manager and associate Wack 100, “accidentally” let it out that Gotti had suffered a stroke during a podcast interview.
At the time, the rep told TMZ that it was Gotti’s struggle with diabetes for years that “caused him to have a minor stroke.”
In the past, Gotti has been open about his issues with diabetes. The mogul said in August 2023, while on the “Drink Champs” podcast, that diabetes was “deteriorating” his body.
Gotti was born Irving Domingo Lorenzo Jr. in Queens, New York, on June 26, 1970.
He co-founded Murder Inc. Records with his brother Chris in 1998.
In its heyday, the label was known for releasing hit music from artists including Ja Rule and Ashanti.
