Sean “Diddy” Combs faces another lawsuit, this time the music mogul is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a male street performer in Los Angeles in 2022.

The anonymous accuser, who has only been identified as a John Doe, filed the complaint on Monday, Feb. 10, in a New York County court, according to USA Today.

Doe alleges Diddy drugged and raped him after one of the mogul’s employees lured him from a Los Angeles street performance to a party in November 2022.

According to the lawsuit, a member of Combs’ team invited Doe — described as a “young musician” who was “busking” outside a nightclub — to an A-list birthday party at a private home.

The complaint says Diddy allegedly gave Doe a laced drink and promised to help him land a major recording deal.

While “incapacitated from the drugs,” Doe says he was coerced into performing oral sex before he was allegedly assaulted.

Doe claims Diddy asked him, “Have you ever sucked a d–k before?” The lawsuit says Doe responded “no.” But it claims Diddy responded, “You should try it,” before Doe was allegedly assaulted.

Doe did not report the alleged assault at the time, the lawsuit states, because of Combs’ power and the shock of what happened.

The suit was brought by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who has filed multiple sexual abuse complaints against the mogul.

The man is seeking a jury trial and damages for physical and emotional harm.

When contacted for comment, Combs’ legal team denied the claims and provided the following statement:

“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” the statement said. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

This lawsuit is the latest in a growing list of allegations against Combs, who is facing more than three dozen civil complaints and federal criminal charges.

Combs was arrested on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges in September 2024. He has pleaded not guilty and remains in custody at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center after multiple judges denied him bail.

His trial is set for May 2025.
