Just when it seemed the allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs couldn’t get any worse, two horrific new lawsuits have been filed against the embattled music mogul.
Both complaints were filed by anonymous male accusers in New York state court on Monday, Oct. 28.
In one lawsuit, obtained by CNN, a 17-year-old boy alleges he was assaulted multiple times when he auditioned for the MTV music competition series, Making the Band.

According to the complaint, the teen attended a three-day audition for the popular series in or around 2008.
The accuser, listed as a John Doe, says during a one-on-one interview on the first day of auditions, “Combs asked Plaintiff hypothetical questions about handling situations involving sexual pressure.”
“As Combs described these scenarios, he began to sexually assault Plaintiff by touching Plaintiff both over and under his clothing, including groping and fondling his penis and instructing Plaintiff to undress,” the lawsuit states.
On the second day of auditions, the complaint alleges Combs told the teen he needed to undress “to demonstrate the ability to embody a ‘sex idol’ persona.”
The lawsuit goes on allege, “This encounter eventually escalated into Combs forcing the Plaintiff to perform oral sex on him, and Combs sodomizing the Plaintiff.”
The complaint claims Diddy’s bodyguard also assaulted the accuser.
The teen was eliminated from the competition “as Combs claimed that Plaintiff was untrustworthy due to his reservations about performing oral sex on his bodyguard,” the lawsuit states.
In the second lawsuit, a male accuser says he was just ten years old when he was allegedly drugged and raped by Combs.
The boy, listed as a John Doe, says his parents flew him from Los Angeles to New York City to meet with “people within the music industry.”
The complaint says the then-10-year-old was given an “audition” with Combs at a hotel in New York City in 2005. According to the lawsuit, the Bad Boy Records founder told the boy he could “make him a star,” but that depended on how “badly he wanted” it.
The suit claims the boy was given a soda — which he now believes was laced with drugs. The complaint alleges Diddy forced the boy to perform oral sex and threatened to hurt his parents if he told anyone.
The complaint says the boy lost consciousness. He later woke up crying, his “pants were undone,” and he felt pain in his “anus and buttocks,” the lawsuit states. The accuser adds that he told his parents, but they “were terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse.”
Houston attorney Tony Buzbee and his co-counsel Andrew Van Arsdale are representing both accusers.
On Oct. 1, Buzbee held a news conference announcing he was representing 120 alleged victims of the music mogul.
When asked to comment on these latest lawsuits filed by Buzbee, Diddy’s attorneys insisted the mogul is the target of a smear campaign.
“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” Diddy’s lawyers said in a statement. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
Since November 2023, the mogul has been hit with dozens of lawsuits alleging sexual abuse.
Combs, 54, was arrested on Sept. 16 in New York City on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
He is currently jailed in Brooklyn’s notorious Metropolitan Detention Center as he awaits trial.
Diddy was previously denied bail twice and has filed an appeal. Although prosecutors have demanded he remain locked up, alleging the mogul poses a threat to the public.
A federal judge has set a May 5, 2025 trial date for Combs.
