The sexual abuse allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs took a disturbing new turn on Tuesday, when a Texas attorney announced he is preparing civil lawsuits from 120 accusers, including 25 minors.
During an Oct. 1 news conference streamed live on Instagram, attorney Tony Buzbee said his Buzbee Law Firm has received thousands of inquiries from alleged victims, after announcing it was working on a case against Combs.
“The biggest secret in the entertainment industry, that really wasn’t a secret at all, has finally been revealed to the world,” Buzbee stated. “The wall of silence has now been broken, and victims are coming forward.”
The attorney said more than “3,285 individuals” have contacted his Houston-based-firm, “claiming to have been victimized by Sean Combs.”
So far, the firm has been able to corroborate allegations from 120 of the people who came forward.

Buzbee — who said he is licensed to practice law in Texas and New York –noted that he has been collecting videos, pictures and text messages as he looks into the claims.
The attorney said his firm will soon begin filing individual civil lawsuits — instead of a class action claim — against Combs, as well as other people and entities he alleges were complicit.
“We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter, no matter who the evidence implicates,” Buzbee said.
The attorney said his firm will begin naming the other defendants at a later date. In addition to individuals, he plans to sue corporate entities that profited, including banks, hotels, and pharmaceutical companies.
He noted that the alleged abuse occurred over 33 years — from 1991 to 2024, and claimed the names of some of those involved “will shock you.”
Buzbee said a 9-year-old boy was among those abused.
“Our youngest victim at the time of the occurrence was nine years old. We have an individual who was 15 years old,” he said.
The incidents mostly happened in Manhattan, The Hamptons, Los Angeles and Miami.
“Most of these events and incidents occurred at parties and afterparties, or album release parties, New Year’s Eve parties, Fourth of July parties, something they called a ‘puppy party,’ and all-white parties,” Buzbee said.
Some accusers said they were abused during business meetings with Diddy or his associates.
“Several of these events occurred at auditions… especially [to] young people. People wanting to break into the entertainment industry were coerced into this type of conduct in the promise of being made a star or in the promise of having Sean Combs listen to their tape or even let them read for Sean Combs,” Buzbee stated.
The attorney said the alleged victims were given beverages laced with drugs, including Xylazine or “tranq,” which according to the National Institutes of Health is a “veterinary tranquilizer” known to “slow breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure to dangerously low levels.”
Buzbee called the drug a “horse tranquilizer” and said it left the accusers defenseless.
He said one young woman was raped so violently that her genitals were “torn” and she had to be hospitalized.
Of the 120 accusers, half are males and half are females.
“In this group, 62 percent identify as African American. Thirty percent are white and the remainder are Hispanic and Asian. The victims are from 25 states, the majority are from California, New York, Georgia and Florida,” Buzbee said.
More than half of the accusers filed reports with police departments or hospitals, the attorney said. Some had their blood tested and the results came back positive for tranquilizers.
As he stood next to a victims advocate and a member of the Texas Association Against Sexual Assault, Buzbee called the accusers brave and said many have received threats for speaking up.
The attorney is working with AVA Law Group on the cases. His co-counsel, Andrew Arsdale, from AVA Law Group announced a sexual assault hotline number of 1-800-200-7474.
Arsdale said the case is “unprecedented.”
Meantime, Buzbee told reporters he expects to start filing lawsuits within the next month, and has hired a former detective from the major offenders unit of the Houston Police Department to help vet the claims.
An attorney for Combs released a statement saying the Bad Boy Records founder “cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.”
“That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors,” attorney Erica Wolff said in a statement. “He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
Before Tuesday’s news conference, Diddy had been accused of sexual abuse in a dozen lawsuits. He has continued to maintain his innocence.
The mogul was arrested by federal agents at a New York City hotel on Sept. 16. He has pleaded not guilty to federal charges alleging sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
