Black Love will end after its upcoming sixth season, OWN announced Thursday.
The final season of the relationship docuseries is set to premiere on July 23, and will feature celebrities, social media influencers, business professionals, and everyday couples.
Among the couples sharing their stories on season 6 are Adrienne “Gammy” Banfield-Norris and Rodney Norris; Remy Ma and Papoose; Mike Hill and Cynthia Bailey; Sonequa Martin-Green and Kenric Green; Eric Bellinger and La’Myia Good, and others.

The series celebrates love stories from the Black community and seeks to answer the question, “What does it take to make a marriage work?”

“Black Love is a much-needed docuseries that has inspired so many viewers to expand how they look at love and relationships,” OWN President Tina Perry said in a statement Thursday. “We are thankful for the couples who provided transparency and shared their Black Love with us.”
The series was created by husband-and-wife filmmakers Codie Elaine Oliver and Tommy Oliver.
It debuted in 2017, and has consistently ranked as #1 in its time slot across all cable with African-American women ages 25-54.
Season 6 of Black Love will premiere on Saturday, July 23, at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on OWN.
