OWN’s upcoming holiday movie A Christmas Fumble has a scandal, romance, and Eva Marcille.

The network released key art and a teaser trailer for the film on Monday.

The video shows Marcille (All the Queen’s Men and The Real Housewives of Atlanta) as crisis management queen “Nicole,” who’s trying to navigate the toughest assignment of her career — a scandal involving former pro footballer “Jordan,” who also happens to be a former flame.

“I have never been asked to manage a crisis for an ex-boyfriend of mine,” Eva says in the trailer.

Devale Ellis (Sistas) co-stars in the film as Jordan.

Nicole is tasked with cleaning up a “messy” situation when Jordan’s network contract isn’t going to be renewed because of a violation going back to his college days. But, she hides the fact that she once dated Jordan, leading to a conflict of interest that could end her own hopes of becoming a partner at her firm. Adding to her problems, Jordan’s shallow entertainment reporter fiancée undermines her efforts to rehab his image.

The film is produced for OWN by MarVista Entertainment in association with Harpo Films. Executive Producers include Carla Gardini and Roger M. Bobb; Neshama Entertainment’s Suzanne Berger and Arnie Zipursky, and Megan Ellstrom, Larry Grimaldi, Hannah Pillemer and Fernando Szew for MarVista Entertainment. Eva Marcille is co-executive producer and Lauren Tuck is co-producer.

A Christmas Fumble premieres Saturday, Dec. 10 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on OWN.

A week earlier, The Great Holiday Bake War starring LeToya Luckkett and Finesse Mitchell, will debut Saturday, Dec. 3 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
