Will Smith made a serious fashion statement to let fans know his latest film, Aladdin, is still in theaters.

The actor, who plays Genie in Disney’s live-action remake of the 1992 animated classic, posted a picture on Instagram Friday that showed him decked out in a multi-colored gown.

“#Aladdin still in theaters!! How y’all gon’ Resist THIS?!” Smith captioned the post.

The picture showed him wearing a costume from the film, complete with red lips, eye shadow, false lashes, flowing wig and silver jewelry.

Fans liked the post more than 2.9 million times as of Saturday night, and left thousands of comments. But reaction was mixed.

One person commented: “Beautiful!”

“My fav part in the whole movie,” someone else added.

While a third person penned: “Epic.”
