Wendy Williams and Evelyn Lozada have squashed their Twitter beef after seven years.

The Wendy Williams Show host and the Basketball Wives star put their differences aside when Williams apologized for previous comments she made about the reality TV personality’s son.

“I wanted to apologize to you because I believe exactly what you said. But let me start as to why Evelyn and I were in a fight and I didn’t mean anything, I just do ‘Hot Topics,'” Williams said on Wednesday’s episode of her talk show.

She then explained that the feud started when she made fun of Lozada’s child with her then-partner, former MLB player Carl Crawford, by calling the baby boy a “cash register.”

Lozada clapped back on Twitter by calling out Williams’ husband at the time and the shoes he bought for another woman at Lozada’s store in Miami. Williams’ ex-husband Kevin Hunter has been described as a serial cheater, and he had a child with another woman during his marriage to the former radio DJ.

“Anyways, so we’ve made up and I’m glad for that, I’m glad for that,” Williams said after they talked about the events that transpired years ago.

“I’m glad too. You know, I think in all honesty and full transparency, it really did hit me like a ton of bricks. I had just had a baby. It took me 21 years to have this child, then I had a boy. At the time we were in Arizona, my family was in town so it not only hurt me, but my family was also like ‘what the hell’ you know,” Lozada answered back.

“I appreciate the apology and I’m also sorry by handling that situation the way I did because I know you have a son. And I wasn’t thinking about him with my comments,” Lozada continued.

“It’s OK, he was in school, he wasn’t watching,” Williams quipped as Lozada smiled and laughed.
