Lifetime’s sinful saga is back with the trailer for the upcoming Seven Deadly Sins Anthology film series starring Michelle Williams, Tina Knowles-Lawson and Monique Coleman.
The two television movies from executive producers T.D. Jakes, Derrick Williams and Shaun Robinson are titled Wrath: A Seven Deadly Sins Story and Greed: A Seven Deadly Sins Story.
“Whether we want to be good or bad, some folks decide they want to be bad,” Knowles-Lawson says in the trailer for Wrath. She plays Sarah, the mother of Williams’ character Chastity Jeffries. Chastity hits it off with fellow lawyer Xavier Collins (Antonio Cupo) until he starts to get obsessive. She confides in her mother and her childhood boyfriend Roger Thompkins (Romeo Miller) when red flags start popping up regarding Xavier.
Chastity asks while holding a gun during one of the scenes in the trailer, “Why does God allow things like this to happen?”
