Tiffany Haddish was arrested Friday morning in Peachtree City, Georgia on suspicion of driving under the influence.
In her booking photo, the actress and comedian was shown smiling for the camera.
Haddish briefly landed in jail after someone called 911 to report seeing a driver asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle along Highway 74 around 2:30 a.m. Friday, according to a statement from the Peachtree City Police Department.

A police officer “observed a vehicle matching the description and ultimately conducted a traffic stop as the vehicle pulled into the yard of a residence,” the statement said. “Subsequent investigation led to Ms. Tiffany Haddish being arrested for Driving Under the Influence.”
The Girls Trip and Nobody’s Fool star was taken to the Fayette County Jail and booked by the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office.
According to TMZ, she was released around 6:30 a.m. Friday, after posting $1,666 bail.

In an interview published Friday, Haddish told Entertainment Tonight her personal life is “in shambles” after breaking up with Rapper Common, losing her dog of 13 years, and the recent death of her mentor, actor and comedian Bob Saget.
The Los Angeles native added that her emotions have been running high.
“I’m very emotional,” she said. “I’ve been crying a lot ’cause it’s — that’s my heart. My dog was my heart, and the other people who passed, you know, those, they were my rocks, you know, they had my back. I mean, they taught me a lot, so I lost the physical, I’m sure I got them in the spiritual.”
