Tia Mowry says she has very little experience dating and so far it’s been a nightmare.

In a newly released clip from WE tv’s Tia Mowry: My Next Act, the Sister, Sister star gets candid about the challenges of dating since splitting from her ex-husband Cory Hardrict.

The two actors finalized their divorce in April 2023, after 15 years of marriage.

In the clip from her reality show, Mowry tells her friends dating is challenging.

“You know, I’ve never dated. Cory was my first — everything,” she says to actress Essence Atkins.

Mowry later admits in a confessional video that she led a sheltered life growing up as a child star.

“I wasn’t allowed to date until I was 18 years old. I met Cory when I turned 20 and I lost my virginity at 25. There I said it,” she shares while laughing. “And then we got married. Boom!”

Mowry, 46, goes on to say she has “horror stories” since jumping into the dating pool.

“I’ve dated a grown ass man who put his grill on the table. I’ve dated a man who didn’t even know what his love languages were, he said that clean sheets were his love language,” she shares as the clip ends.
