Tamron Hall surprised her Instagram followers Monday by revealing she’s married and expecting her first child.
“Surprise, guys! Can you believe it? I’m about to be a mommy shark very soon,” she said in a video while dancing to Baby Shark and holding a book in front of her stomach.

In a second post, the 48-year-old journalist said she is 32 weeks along and married to a man named Steven, who several media outlets reported is music executive Steven Greener.
“I’ve wanted to share this news for many months and now finally my doctor has said I am in a safe place, at 32 weeks, to share my joy with y’all,” she wrote in the post. “So, it’s clear a daytime talk show isn’t the only thing I’ve been trying to produce! There have been many tears, but today I embrace the smiles. My husband Steven and I are beyond excited!”
In a third post Monday, Hall announced her nationally syndicated daytime talk show titled Tamron Hall will premiere on Sept. 9.
“I am also proud to share that I will serve as an executive producer on our new show,” she added.
