“Mr. Peterson was never given a fair trial,” an attorney told reporters.
“Both of his lungs collapsed, and he was placed on a breathing apparatus.”
A prison spokesman told Urban Hollywood 411 the rapper was “attacked by another inmate.”
“This comeback is personal,” the rapper said in a statement.
“The Prison Tapes will be discontinued until further notice.”
The rapper is serving ten years for shooting Megan Thee Stallion in the feet.
“I want y’all to know I’m in great spirits,” the rapper said.
