“I want to concentrate on expanding our family, being with my family,” she said.
Osmond joined the daytime talk show after Sara Gilbert’s exit.
Gilbert announced she plans to depart the series on April 9.
The co-host and show creator made the announcement on Tuesday’s show.
Chen has moderated the popular daytime talk show since 2010.
Chen’s co-hosts spent the first part of the show addressing Moonves’ ouster.
