Eve is saying goodbye to The Talk after three-and-a-half years, to focus on her family.
On Monday’s show, the rapper and actress told her fellow co-hosts she would be giving up her seat at the table by the end of the year.
In a touching statement, Eve thanked her co-stars and said she appreciated the opportunity.
“It’s been a crazy year, obviously, for all of us and I’m so grateful that I’m able to stay here in London and do the show, but I can’t see for me, the foreseeable future of traveling back at the moment, and have decided that at the end of December, this will probably be my last time on the show, in this capacity as a host,” she said.

Eve has been co-hosting virtually from her home in London during the COVID-19 pandemic. She said she would be using this time to bond with her family and revealed the possibility of a new addition in the near future.
“Obviously, staying home has been such a blessing because my husband and I got to know each other in a different way, a beautiful way,” she said. “So I want to be closer to him. I want to concentrate on expanding our family, being with my family.”
Eve’s announcement comes after Marie Osmond said in September that she would not be returning to the show for a second season.
Eve joined The Talk in 2017, following Aisha Tyler’s departure. The remaining hosts include Sharon Osbourne, Sheryl Underwood and Carrie Ann Inaba.
