The film arrives in theaters on September 13.
Lizzo, Keke Palmer, Julia Stiles, and Constance Wu also star in the film.
Regina Hall hosted the show, which saw Tyler Perry and Mary J. Blige receive special awards.
The rapper previously rejected a plea deal in the case.
Other performers include Cardi B, DJ Khaled and Migos.
The awards will be handed out on Sunday, June 23 in Los Angeles.
“God’s Plan” rapper won 12 awards Wednesday night, including Top Artist.
Cardi B and Travis Scott will headline the two-day event.
The film is scheduled to begin shooting later this week.
Rapper made history as first solo female to win the best rap album Grammy.
