Cardi B is currently in the hospital.

The 32-year-old rapper announced on her X (formerly Twitter) account Tuesday, Oct. 23, that because of a medical emergency, she will have to miss Saturday’s headlining performance at the One MusicFest in Atlanta.

Cardi didn’t go into detail regarding her emergency, besides to say she’d been hospitalized.

“I am so sad to share this news, but I’ve been in the hospital recovering from a medical emergency the last couple of days and I won’t be able to perform at One MusicFest. It breaks my heart that I won’t get to see my fans this weekend,” the “Up” rapper posted.

“I’ll be back better and stronger soon. Don’t worry,” she added, reassuring fans.

The festival was quick to release a statement regarding the situation.

“Unfortunately, Cardi B announced that she is no longer available to join us this year due to ongoing health issues. Let’s all keep her in our prayers for a full recovery! We are working hard to find a replacement at this late date. More to come soon,” wrote the festival on X.

Cardi was originally scheduled to perform along with Nelly, Method Man and Redman, Gunna, GloRilla, and Earth, Wind, & Fire.

Her medical emergency happened more than one month after she had her third baby on Sept. 7, with estranged husband Offset. They also share six-year-old Kulture and three-year-old Wave.
